Fractional CRO

This service is for businesses that need experienced executive ownership of revenue, growth and go-to-market execution - without locking in a full-time CRO or waiting the 6 - 9 months it typically takes for one to start.

As a fractional CRO, I work inside the business as part of the leadership team, typically 2–3 days per week. The role is to bring clarity to what is holding growth back, make the necessary trade-offs, and lead the changes required to improve performance across the entire revenue system - so the CEO doesn't have to.

This typically includes:

Clarifying the growth strategy, Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and where to focus effort for maximum impact

Establishing clear commercial metrics and reporting, including CAC, LTV, NRR, gross margin and EBITDA contribution

Improving pipeline quality, conversion rates, forecasting confidence and pricing discipline

Leading sales, marketing, customer success and RevOps effectiveness - aligned with delivery, finance and legal

Coaching and developing commercial leaders and sales teams to raise execution standards and consistency

Embedding proven sales and account methodologies where appropriate (e.g. MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman / Blue Sheet selling) to improve deal quality and decision-making
This is not advisory. I don’t produce plans for others to implement. I work with leadership and operational teams to make decisions, lead execution and build capability, so performance improves and is sustained.

In both pre-investment and PE-backed environments, boards need more than oversight.
They need commercial judgement, execution insight and risk-aware challenges to shape credible growth plans and support delivery against the value creation agenda.

I provide board advisor and non-executive support focused on revenue growth, go-to-market execution and leadership effectiveness. The role strengthens board decision-making by bringing operator-level insight into how growth plans land in the real world - including how they stand up to investor scrutiny.

Support typically includes:

Board attendance, with active contribution and constructive challenge

CEO and executive team sounding board, focused on delivery risk, prioritisation, pace and readiness for scale

Ad hoc support, including pressure-testing growth and investment cases, supporting key executive hires, and advising through fundraises, transitions or acceleration phases
This role suits boards that value clarity, momentum and accountability - not passive governance.

Practical coaching to raise performance, confidence and judgement.

I provide personalised performance coaching for leaders, managers and sales professionals who want to improve how they show up, make decisions and deliver results - not just talk about them.

This coaching is grounded in real operating experience and focuses on commercial judgement, execution discipline and leadership behaviour. It is designed to build confidence, sharpen decision-making and raise the standard of sales professionals and people leadership in day-to-day situations.
