But the truth? The last 12 workings days of before Christmas 2025 can transform your quarter - and your year.
I’ve seen teams deliver extraordinary swings in December by being clear and creative and then focusing hard on what is still possible. Here’s the playbook I have run many times to either smash the year or, in tougher times, to get it over the line.
The best bit? A team that finishes this year strongly, hits their goals and earns their commissions, gets to genuinely relax and recuperate over Christmas - and comes back refreshed and ready to go again in 2026!
